    Hello,

I’m currently trying to set up Stripe payment for my form. I have an account with Stripe, it is connected through all the keys to the Forminator plugin. So when I try to test or even look at it to see if it’s there, unfortunately it doesn’t show the field to fill in the card details, only the title.

I have already tried disconnecting and reconnecting Stripe, unfortunately still the same.
However, in the form preview through Administration, I can see the field for filling in the card details.

The form is at the bottom of the page if you need to look at it. I’m adding a screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/MivGYhn

    Thanks for any help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I see you have already marked this as resolved. Did you manage to find solution then or was it by mistake and you still need assistance?

    Best regards,

    Hello @wpmudev-support8

I have managed to fix it. Once I turned on the loading with an AJAX, It started working.

Thanks for your reply and your time.

    Hello @wpmudev-support8,

I apologize for reopening the issue, but anyway, I found out an interesting thing. There are multiple forms on my site, you can click between them via the Panels. When the page loads, all the forms that are in the sections are automatically loaded. After I load the page and fill in the first form that it automatically selects, the Stripe field is normally functional and can be typed into. If I load the page, try to click through to the next one and fill out the form one by one, the Stripe field disappears again.

I have tried using the AJAX function, not possible and not functional.

You can try it yourself. As I wrote, the form is at the bottom.

Maybe auto-loading the field for Stripe could solve this? That is, so that I don’t have to click on it, and then only after it can be filled in but to have it open permanently. Alternatively how to do this? Maybe you can think of some other solution?

    Thank you for any help.

    Hi @izziinside,

The mentioned forms are loaded by clicking the “P?ihlásit dítě!” button, right?

If I load the page, try to click through to the next one and fill out the form one by one, the Stripe field disappears again.

Not sure I get the above issue fully, so the issue occur when all the 4 forms are filled one-by-one? or should they also be submitted?

Do you notice the issue specific to any one page? or is it random?

At the moment, when I try to test it out the “Stripe” field seems to load fine.

Could you please check and advise if there are any specific steps that needs to be carried regarding this?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin
