Stripe not creating customers

    Hello,

    Is this plugin supposed to automatically create customers in Stripe when an order is placed? Or does this require Woocommerce Subscriptions? I am using the sandbox and no customers have been created for any of my test orders. “Enable Payment via Saved Cards” is checked in the plugin settings. At times I will need to charge customers after the 7 day authorization period due to extended shipping times, so I need this feature to create the payment.

    Hello,

    No it does not automatically create a customer in Stripe unless you have Subscriptions OR the customer consents to it by checking the checkbox “save card” in the checkout.
