• When using stripe to handle payments and it fails, this then creates a new order with the same item instead of retrying on existing order. With this I am losing custom added items like giftcard. Is this default woocommerce behaviour?

    Let’s start with clarifying what type of products we are talking about. Simple, or variable, for example, or otherwise?

    Moreover, did you already have a chance to test with a different payment gateway (other than Stripe), and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

    Does it happen every single time, by the way, or sometimes?
