    Hello,

Our customers can’t valid their command by using a Maestro credit Card.

According to Stripe team (I just contacted them for that), they still use 3D-Secure for that so they told me that the issue comes from the Woocommerce plugin since the 4.2.0 update.

    Can you solve that, please?

    Hi @olivierwabby,

The Stripe plugin still has 3D Secure capability, however, 3D Secure is not enabled through a setting in the plugin any longer. It is set using your Stripe Radar rules which are set within your Stripe account.

You should see a notice in your WordPress admin area from Stripe regarding this but here is more information about Radar rules:

    https://stripe.com/docs/radar/rules

Specifically, you’ll want to look at the 3D Secure rules like this:

Request 3D Secure if 3D Secure is supported for card

Hello and thank you very much.

Sorry for the confusion. Indeed, we have to activate the Stripe Radar service in our Stripe Dashboard ??

Hey does that mean we have to purchase Stripe Radar if we don’t already have it to have the 3D secure support? Or can I just update the plugin and be fine?

    Hi there,

We have notification from Stripe that the plugin is out of date although your message did say that we did not have to do anything as that Stripe would handle this automatically through Radar, are you able to confirm what needs to be done in order to keep the integration?

    Thanks

    Andi

There is nothing to be done, no need to enable any Radar rule. Payments are going through just OK. Enable test mode and test it with Stripe’s test card with 3D Secure enabled to double-check for yourself.

    Hi everyone,

As long as you are running the most recent version of the WooCommerce plugin and the Stripe extension, your site will be SCA ready.

You can additionally enable Radar rules on your Stripe.com dashboard, but that isn’t needed to be SCA ready.

If you have queries, please start your own thread with specific queries about your scenario or reach out to us via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ again giving us specific details about your scenario – we’d love to help.

    Thanks,
