Stripe granular conditions (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Hi, Lauri. Great plugin!

One minor request for enhancement would be to add a condition for disabling “Enable Payment Request Buttons. (Apple Pay/Google Pay)”.
They have it as a toggle in the Stripe settings, so hopefully there is just s simple conditional you can somehow override.

Not trying to generally remove the pay buttons, but on donations over a certain dollar amount we would prefer a check and I already have that working, except for the pay buttons. We are a small charity, so every penny counts and our donors would rather their money go to us than to bank fees (stripe) on larger donations.
