Stripe form doesn’t load

Hey there,

Thanks for including that example so I could take a look. I was able to add the product to the cart, proceed to checkout, and see that the Stripe section has the spinner icon over it.

I found the following error in the JavaScript console:

Unfortunately, it’s not specific enough to really go on – it just says there’s an error on the page because a resource can’t be accessed.

I tested the latest version of Stripe on my test site today and it worked correctly, so it’s likely something specific to your site.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for the system status log! There aren’t any obvious red flags that would provide an easy solution.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:
?

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

It sounds like a staging site would be a good idea. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

After having following your very good advices, I’ve found the problem/

It is the plugin “NextGEN Gallery” which prevent the loading of the Stripe’s payment form.
I d’ont understand why, because that plugin is not used on the checkout page !!!

I’m glad you found it!

It’s likely that JavaScript files from the NextGen gallery are loading, which are then causing trouble. I’d recommend letting the NextGen developers know so they can take a look.
