Stripe form not appearing and error happening

    Hello,

    Everything worked fine before, but now the form doesn’t show up and it’s giving me weird options.

    SSL active, Stripe API keys entered…not sure what else can be done.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Hi Michael,

    I don’t see any styling that could be causing this issue. I also see that you are using SSL..

    Can you paste ensure that your Stripe API keys in the payment settings conform to this structure?
    They should be:

    • Live Publishable Key: pk_live_…
    • Live Secret Key: sk_live_…

    Let me know once you’ve double checked that!

    Do you have any caching or minification plugins active? If so, can you try deactivating those temporarily and see if that makes any difference?

    I disabled them and still I get the same issue.

    Anyway you can take a peak at this for me?
