    Hi again Malcolm,

    Hope your well.

    I currently have stripe setup on our beta and I am not sure the flow of actions of everything is working correctly.

    I add seats, select seats and everything is great, I fill in details in the custom elements here and click checkout.

    After clicking checkout the Stripe dialogue pops up. I fill in all the detail and I ask to pay £x amount. I am then taken to another page to “Confirm and Pay Now” which is great. On this page however all the custom elements that customers have filled in are now blank again and even if you re-input the data to these elements they are not saved.

    Also when confirming the payment by clicking “Confirm and Pay Now” I am not redirected to our Confirmation page within the stageshow settings which is https://shineboxoffice.co.uk/Checkout-Complete, Instead I am just taken to a page that says “Sale Complete – Confirmation email sent to X” so people miss all the detail on our Checkout Complete page.

    Is any of this correct?

    You are right …. There are a couple of problems with the Stripe gateway and custom fields. I’m on it.

    Got the update and Custom Elements and page redirection now works. The custom field gets recorded on the first trolley page however it is emptied again on the “Confirm and Pay” page and is still displayed. Can this be hidden on this page rather than the customer thinking it hasn’t been recorded and having to enter it again?

    Something thats possible?

    That was what I intended … and what I thought I’d implemented.
    Have you got the latest version, and do you still have the same problem?

    Hi Malcolm,

    It’s currently on our beta page I was testing stripe out on. I’m not going to have a chance to check it today sadly. But to the customer it just looked wrong. They typed in all the custom elements, i.e. members name on our site, and then on the confirm and pay page it emptied again. I don’t think the custom elements is something that they have to ‘confirm’ again.

    On another note I’m having bigger problems on our main site. Nothing to do with the plugin. Just IPNs coming back a good 3/4 hours late. Sometimes failing and retrying. I’ve phoned PayPal and it’s affecting a “small” number of customers.

    Our sales are dropping off after the timeout and the IPN eventually coming through sending us the “No matching sale” email. Hence why our main site is currently offline.

    Just thought I’d let you know incase anyone else has such an issue.
