    Hi All,

I’m having issues with Stripe fields not being fillable.

I’ve run some debugs and can’t find anything pertaining to it.

Automattic sent me the following to diagnose the problem:
Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin allows you to troubleshoot your website without affecting any customers that may be browsing your website.
Go to Tools > Health Check > Troubleshooting tab > Enable troubleshooting mode.
When the page refreshes, at the top of the page, click on the toggle arrow beside Available Themes and make sure a default WordPress theme is activated.
Go to Plugins. You’ll see all plugins have been deactivated. Please activate only WooCommerce core and the WooCommerce Stripe payment extension.
If step 5 fixes the issue, reactivate each plugin one at a time, and then see if the issue pops up again. This will tell us which plugin is conflicting.
You can then click Disable Troubleshooting Mode at the top of the website to return back to normal.

However when I enabled just woo and stripe the same error occurred.
I have also placed it in test mode where it works.

Anyone have any tips on fixing this?

    Hi @renz_r,

From what I can see already, Stripe won’t work in live mode because it requires your site load over HTTPs using an SSL certificate. ??

It seems you do have some sort of SSL certificate installed though, when I enter your URL using HTTPS I see the card fields working as they should.

I would double check with your host that they’ve installed and setup an SSL certificate and then head to Settings > General in WordPress and make sure the two URL fields there use HTTPS.

    I hope that helps.

@ryanr14 you sir are a legend. this was the solution

I actually informed the owners they needed to purchase the SSL card but they forgot, solved it right away.

    Thanks for your help
