Thanks. I tested out the checkout page and yes, Stripe, and other payments are broken and unusable. Are you able to switch to any default(2021/2020/ Storefront) theme briefly and test this out? I do see some JS, Jquery errors to check if this issue is due to the theme?

Hi there! I took a look at your site and it seems to have your original theme with the broken checkout.

If you switch to a default theme and the checkout works, then that means there is an issue with your theme that you’ll need to troubleshoot with the theme developer. Or, it may be a plugin conflict.

I am seeing a .js error on your checkout, so that is most often the cause.

I realized the plug-in WPBakery page builder is causing this problem, the thing is I just cannot deactivate this one just like that. Do you know if I can find a solution for this?

Your best bet then would be to contact WPBakery support and see if they can help you correct the display of the fields. They should be able to assist.
