Hello!
I have Stripe Express account correlated to Woocommerce Payments but if I get into Stripe Express account I see only Assistance and Settings menu… I should see also Earnings folder due to Stripe Express support documentation
Can you link us to the Stripe documentation that says you should see an Earnings section in your Stripe Express account?
The reason I ask is because, in fact, Stripe Express accounts are very limited, and do not provide access to reports and such the way that regular Stripe accounts do. This is because WooCommerce Payments takes this info and moves it all right into your WooCommerce dashboard. This is the main advantage of WooCommerce Payments after all. ??
On my site I got a payment already since March 22 in “Paid” state but I haven’t received funds yet and I can see only the transaction on Woocommerce Payments list in admin panel of my site
If you go to **WooCommerce > Status > System Status** and scroll all the way down to the WooCommerce Payments section, what is the account ID listed there? It should be in the form of acct_XXXXXXXXXXX
. If you can give us that account ID, we can look into recent payments and when they will be issued for deposit.
And plus since I read in the documentation it needs something like 7 days to complete process and see funds in the account, isn’t there a way to speed it up?
For new accounts, there is a standard 7 day waiting period explained here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/payments/faq/deposit-schedule/#section-1
There is also a pending period determined by country here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/payments/faq/deposit-schedule/#section-2
Unfortunately there is no way to speed this up, since it is determined by our payments partner, Stripe.
On Orders admin page I can see some orders in “Paid” state done with credit cards (I can read also ID transactions in Payments page details of the orders), but I opened Woocommerce Dashboard (had to create a new account with the email settled on the website actually) but on Dashboard Orders I don’t see any orders list… why?
Do I take this to mean that you have some transactions listed under Payments > Transactions, but *NO* orders under WooCommerce > Orders? If so, that’s a very odd state to wind up in, and it might have something to do with the site migration.
If that’s the case, please contact us here:

If not, please explain a bit more about what you mean. ?? Thanks!
