• Hi. I am getting this error message when trying to use stripe checkout. “Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page,”

I looked through the support forums and it stated it may be an issue with plugins. So I went through and started deleting plugins and retesting and that does not seem to be the issue. Can anyone help? I am def not a .js expert so I am not sure where to start.

    Thanks!

Seems you are now using different plugin

We are having one simple problem. When a customer enters the wrong address, they aren’t being told what the issue is. it just hangs. So they try over and over which creates issues in some examples the bank gets a temp transaction which then appears to be a double charge on their end when in fact no transactions ever go through to stripe.
How can we get it so the customer gets told “incorrect address”?
