Stripe Error for Amounts Greater than 1,000 with 2 decimal places

    Hi,

    We’re seeing an issue where we get an error of “This value must be greater than or equal to 1.” if we try and put through an amount greater than $1000. Anything under 1000 works, inc 999.

    Changing the decimal places to 0 works but in this case we need exact amounts with 2 decimal places for specific price totals.

    I hope you are doing good today.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. This issue was reported as a bug recently to our developers. Right now there is no hotfix available, although our developers working on it. Right now the only solution is to set up Decimal Places as 0. This should be fixed in the next update.
