Stripe Customer Creation with Forminator

    I have created a form on Forminator where I am accepting payments using Stripe. Everything works perfectly, invoices are created, emails are being sent, by Forminator and by Stripe.
    My issue is mapping the customer billing details with the customer ID in Stripe. As a charity, we need to do payment reconciliations, and these billing details don’t automatically transfer unless they’re mapped against the customer IDs in stripe.
    Is there a way to fix this? If not out of the box, how would I got about getting a customization on this?

    Hi @sannahkhan,

    The Forminator offers an option to send the form data to Stripe, I’m assuming that’s what you are looking for in here too?

    You should be able to add Billing details by editing the Stripe field in your form and under the “Advanced” tab > “Billing Details” the plugin should allow you to map the form field:

    Hi there, Thanks for your response.
    I have that selected, but when I go to create a payout reconciliation report, the customer billing address is not mapped in those reports. I’ve uploaded a screenshot of the columns of a report that I’m seeing blank addresses here.

    I do see the billing data when I open up individual transactions within Stripe, so I think the information is being sent somewhere to Stripe. Is this is just a matter of how I’m making my reports in Stripe?

    I hope you are doing well.

    I could see the same behaviour on my Stripe account, but It doesn’t seem related to Forminator as for example I do see the customer email but when exporting it isn’t added to the file.

    Could you contact Stripe support to verify it for you?
