Same issue: Stripe Gateway 4.3.2, WooCommerce 4.0.1, WordPress 5.3.2, fields are displayed but cannot be filled.

I am experiencing the problem with Stripe Payment Gateway fields unable to be filled in in Live mode (even though they were OK in test mode). I contacted Stripe and they assured me everything was done correctly. I also disabled the theme and every plugin – but the issue persists. I got in touch with customer support – but no response over the last few days. Here’s the website: tettogo.com/checkout @royho could you please help?

@dimitri-vorontzov – seems you have mixed up your publishable key and your secret key. Check your Stripe settings again.

@royho I am also having this issue. I implemented the appropriate keys, and the credit card fields are not populating.

Can someone from support take a look at my page? I’ve spent three days trying to resolve this issue with stripe allowing me to put in my info on wp. I’ve changed all keys three times and for some reason, I can’t get the feature to work. When I use my Divi builder it says checkout ID not found.

Unfortunately, unless you provide wp admin access there is no way to troubleshoot this.

Same problem.

Integration has been working for years. All of a sudden stopped working. Only realized because of several failed orders. Already Tried rolling and verifying stripe keys, changing JS settings on autoptimize plugin.

Downgrading to 3.2.3 did the trick as well, but created a compatibility issue. At least the CC bit is working now. Thank you @s011420

@aarondeee re. Autoptimize; make sure “also optimize cart/ checkout” is not active.

If anyone in the future is having this problem: check the script tag for MailChimp. We had this same issue on two different sites with two different themes. Removing and/or moving the MailChimp script tag fix the issue of not being able to fill in the credit card boxes on checkout.

Tried switching to inline
Looked at Inspector and see no errors tied to Stripe
