Stripe Credentials box not working

    I have completed the entire set up but for some reason, both in test and live mode, the credit credentials box does not allow the user to fill in information. I am using woocommerce strip payment gateway and got in touch with stripe customer support but they asked me to get in touch with woocommerce support as they would be able to help better. Can any of you figure out what the issue is?

    I can see the following error in the console, for your checkout page:

    > Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘elements’ of undefined

    That error is coming from https://secureservercdn.net/160.153.137.218/lgq.f9c.myftpupload.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/assets/js/stripe.min.js?ver=4.5.3&time=1603472336

    Are you using any other Stripe integrations, from another plugin?

    Can you please paste your sites’ status report back here so we can take a closer look at that? You’ll find that under “WooCommerce > Status” page.

    Hi @simarnapaintal!

    I see you are using some Dokan plugins, and I know there’s a Stripe connect module with that depending on the package you have. Can you please see if you have that Stripe module installed and activated in Dokan? If so, please disable that and see if it makes a difference.
