    Hello,

    Please, clarify about Stripe countries.

I want to create a WooCommerce online shop for my WP plugin which must accept payments with your Stripe plugin from clients around the world.

    1) If I live and have a bank account or VISA card at country which are NOT listed at
https://stripe.com/global for example Africa/Ukraine/Russia/Israel/etc – what does it really mean? Which limitations a NOT listed countries have at Stripe processing?

    2) VISA/MasterCard must be accepted for payment around the whole world and made at ANY country?

    3) Can I withdraw money which comes into my Stripe account to my VISA card or bank account at country which are NOT listed countries? If not – can you recommend any solution?

    Hello there

It means that you cannot open a Stripe.com account for those specific countries. You cannot receive payments in your currency and you cannot use the account for those countries.

    2) VISA/MasterCard must be accepted for payment around the whole world and made at ANY country?

This is not related to where the account is from. Payemnts can be accepted from any country.

    3) Can I withdraw money which comes into my Stripe account to my VISA card or bank account at country which are NOT listed countries? If not – can you recommend any solution?

You should send the money from your Stripe.com account to your bank account. I am not sure if you can do so if the country is not supported.

I would recommend you to contact Stripe.com support for these questions as they are not related to WooCommerce specifically. They would be able to help you better.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
