• Hello, I have Stipe payment gateway as the Withdraw Payment Method as well as Stripe Split Pay. I enabled test mode and signed up as a vendor. I tried to connect to stripe using the Stripe Test Mode and after filling out the form for Stripe, I was redirected back to the Store Setup and it said “you are not connected to Stripe”. I also checked my Stripe Account under Connect and did not see the vendors account. Is there something I might be missing in my Marketplace setup that is causing Stripe Connect to not work?

  • You definitely need to configure your Stripe Settings for Connect to make this work. Go to Stripe -> Settings -> Connect -> Settings and make sure everything there is in order or it won’t work.

    You have to configure your Standard and Express accounts (manage), your Capabilities, Branding and the Integration section at the bottom – you need to enable both Std and Exp for Oauth and set up your redirect links. Then test it.

    We use Payment Plugins for Stripe Woo from paymentplugins.com and it works great with WCFM.
