Stripe Connect not showing

    Hi,

    I’m having issues with Sripe Connect as it does not appear on the Dashboard page. I’ve been throught the routine several times, just in case it was my mistake, and seem to have exhausted all options to make it work.

    Is there a known issue with the Addon?

    Please let me know. Thanks.

    hi Jobayer,

    Thank you for your reply. I contacted support on two occasions and in both cases they were completely unsatisfactory in their replies. The second tine, when i contacted support and about this issue, i was told to use the plugin /woocommerce-gateway-stripe/… (!?!?) which besides being odd to suggest another plugin, it doesn’t have the connect addon.

    I’ll follow your suggestion and re-send the email with your name on the subject line, as you guys need to know that what appears to be an outsourced support system, is letting your work and effort down.
