    Hi,

When I initially set up the website, all seemed well—I successfully integrated the plugin with Stripe, and transactions were processing smoothly. However, today, upon inspection, I discovered that the connection to Stripe had disconnected suddenly, and all payments were stuck in pending status. Despite multiple attempts to reconnect with Stripe, I encountered an error each time. Here’s the sequence of events: Select ‘connect with Stripe’ from the settings > Stripe opens > Select connect > “Returning to Paid Member Subscriptions. You’ll be redirected in just a moment. > WordPress error

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Update: I tried installing the plugin on a clean WordPress and connecting it to Stripe, but I still get the same error, I get redirected to wp-admin/admin-post.php with WordPress Error header.

Problem solved, I had to downgrade the plugin in order to work.

    Hi @vicuts,

Normally when this kind of issue occurs it’s usually solved by clearing the cache and cookies from your browser or by trying the connection from a completely different browser.

Could you please let me know the PMS plugin version you’ve downgraded to, in order to make the connection?

    Best regards,

    Hi @alexandrubodea,

Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried clearing the cache and cookies, even tried using a different browser, but no luck. The only solution was to downgrade it to an earlier version (in my case 2.11.0, picked random), made the connection then upgrade it to the latest version (2.11.5).

    Hi @kosmic69,

Before you click on the “Connect with Stripe” button, from the Paid Member Subscriptions ->?Settings?-> Payments page, please?clear the cache and cookies from your browser.

If you still have this issue after trying the above, then, please try connecting from a different browser. For example, if you use Google Chrome and you encounter this issue, then try using Mozilla Firefox and make the connection through this browser (Firefox), while again making sure you’ve cleared your cookies and caching from the browser.

    Best regards,

Tried wwith multiple domaines, multiple browser, in private browning… Nothing working.

Vicuts said that it’s a bug in the version 2.11.5 because it’s working in 2.11.0. Did you plan to correct this bug soon ?

We do indeed plan to add in our next few updates to PMS improvements to the Stripe connection (this should also help resolve this issue).

Another thing that you can try to do since we had some users resolve this issue while doing this, is to briefly disable all other plugins (except for PMS) from your site and also activate a default WordPress theme, after which try again to make the connection from Paid Member Subscriptions ->?Settings?-> Payments page (while again making sure you’ve cleared your browser’s cache and cookies).

Like vicuts, I’ve tried to install the plugin to a fresh install of wordpress without any plugin and with the default theme on a new subdomain but the connection doesn’t work.

When will you publish the next release ? Do you have any fix for this bug ?

    Hi @kosmic69,

In this case, you can also try to briefly downgrade the PMS plugin to version 2.11.0, you can download it from here (from the bottom of the page), and after you make the connection, update the PMS plugin to the latest version (2.11.5).

Our next update to PMS will be released next week, and we are adding some improvements to the Stripe connection (which we hope also fixes this issue).

    Best regards,

@alexandrubodea yes it seems that’s not working in the 2.11.5 but it’s ok with 2.11.0. Hope it’ll continue to work with newer versions

Once the connection has successfully been made, you can update the PMS plugin to the latest version and continue using Stripe.

I have tried all of the suggested actions listed above and still have this issue.
