Stripe Closed our Account when used your plugin

Hello,
I am very much disappointed. Stripe closed our Account after started using your plugin. This was not the case when we used some other plugin earlier.
As per Stripe last transaction attempts they were not going through 3D Secure or some authentication failure or related one.
We recently started and this happened, this obviously hurts us a lot and has affected our future business and prospects.
As now they have Closed the Account.
I was about to leave negative rating for this plugin, but do not want to do that. As I understand how it affects. But I still wanted to know the reason and solution. So that in case, if at all they opened that again, this would not repeat. And the same would not happen with other plugin users.You should help and resolve this matter on priority basis.
