    Hello,

    I am very much disappointed. Stripe closed our Account after started using your plugin. This was not the case when we used some other plugin earlier.

    As per Stripe last transaction attempts they were not going through 3D Secure or some authentication failure or related one.

    We recently started and this happened, this obviously hurts us a lot and has affected our future business and prospects.
    As now they have Closed the Account.
    I was about to leave negative rating for this plugin, but do not want to do that. As I understand how it affects. But I still wanted to know the reason and solution. So that in case, if at all they opened that again, this would not repeat. And the same would not happen with other plugin users.

    You should help and resolve this matter on priority basis.

    Stripe closed our Account after started using your plugin. This was not the case when we used some other plugin earlier.

    That sounds like a coincidence of timing more than anything. We have many merchants using our plugin and they don’t have account closure issues.

    But I still wanted to know the reason and solution.

    Unfortunately we don’t have access to the reason why your account would be closed since we don’t control that decision making process. You would need to reach out to Stripe’s customer support team to get more information on why your account was closed.

    You should help and resolve this matter on priority basis.

    If you can provide some additional information on why your account was closed we can certainly take a closer look.

    Hello,

    The major reason that I understand is that the Authentication failure. And Stripe put them into High Risk (probably with their Radar technology).

    But I am afraid, how can they close our Account. They should block those Unauthorized payments. What is the purpose of Radar technology then.
    I could not quite understand.
    Even if the number of such payments is more, then also, this could be normal for any start up. Because, successful payments may be lesser, as compared to those.
    And hackers are already All-around and specially looking to target Woocommerce sites, due to loose security. Or probably some other reason.

    But in either case, how can one Start-up their business and adding Stripe as a Payment Gateway, if this is the case. And this is how they works.

    And if there is something else, then also, we are surprised about that. Because, we have provided more than required documents and there is No such issue in the Account and Docs related issue.

    Please share your views and suggest us.
    If you require anything else, then please let me know. We need to sort it, even if it takes time, then we can wait for that.

    Since we are not Stripe, we can’t comment on why that might be which is why I recommend you contact Stripe directly.

    We are the developers of this Stripe plugin and are a separate entity from Stripe. We don’t control the account closure process or anything related to your Stripe account. It’s best that you contact Stripe directly and work with them to have your account re-opended.
