It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in your reply. This will help us check the status of plugins added on your site.

Within

Click on “Manage” beside Stripe and enable “Logging”

Make sure Stripe – SOFORT is enabled within the payment settings

Try doing a test transaction and check

as I tried I didn’t pay min 1€, the payment work.
But still the other problem,
If I try to activate Sofort or other payment methods in stripe,
I got the information that I have to upgrade on the newest version for checkout.

Could you share a screenshot of this error? From your status report, you are already on the latest version of the Stripe plugin(5.2.3 was the latest 2 days back), so we aren’t sure why you are seeing this message. I do see a newer version now 5.3.0, so please update to that and try this again, if you still have the issue, please share a screenshot of the error.

Thank you for the screenshot!

I see that you are on a recent version for the extension and I don’t see any open bug about that, so I was wondering if that’s something on Stripe’s end considering that the error shows on the Stripe panel.

Can you confirm with Stripe support that the plugin is updated and share these same screenshots with them asking about why that would show this error?

Also, it’s odd for me that the plugin still works anyway as we shared on our recent screenshot. I believe that it is already showing as connected in this case, right? If so, maybe it is only showing the wrong warning.
