Stripe Checkout Fields

We’re experiencing an issue with the Stripe checkout fields. On most occasions, the fields are disabled and no text can be filled in, this appears to happen on mobile devices.

The fields don’t work in desktop view as well, the problem is most likely theme related. Have you tried switching to the default Storefront theme?

If that doesn’t help, please attach a copy of your site’s system status report so we can investigate this further. :?)

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I understand the checkout fields can not be filled in.

I highly recommend updating your WooCommerce and database versions, as well as updating the Stripe Payment Gateway to see if that makes a difference: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/

If it is not possible to update the production site, you can test it using a staging site, we recommend WP Staging for this purpose.

If that does not help, you can perform a conflict test, it will need to switch the site theme to Storefront, and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe, that might help to find the cause of the issue, more details here: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
