Stripe card section problem in mobile devices

    Sorry I had to open a new ticket about the same topic, because my previous topic was closed as resolved but it wasn’t completely clarified. The issue is that on Mobile devices, The Stripe card section will not show up unless the user enters its email address. People don’t notice this requirement and tend to abandon the shopping cart because they think there is a problem with the form. Is there any way to eliminate this behavior and show up everything? Is the a change in the code I can do to solve this? This behavior doesn’t happen on desktop though. See screenshot https://ibb.co/tzL1VW3

    Hi, we are working to fix this.

    In the next update, the card section will always be visible on both desktop and mobile.

    Hello Paolo. This is just to let you know that I have seen the new update of the Getpaid plugin.

    It solved the problem. Now it Shows Stripe payment form, even if email is not set. However, there is a small bug: the fields Country and Zip code are displayed twice on mobile devices.

    It looks like one is coming from Stripe and one from the form?

    Thank you so much. You were right. These extra fields were coming from the form.

    My form also includes by default a “Name” and “Email” fields before the Stripe Box shows up. Are this fields necessary? (see screenshot: https://ibb.co/NZy3CSn)

    That really depends on what data you want to capture with each transaction, but at the least the email address should be mandatory.
