How can I display product name(s) on the e-mail receipts sent to customers from Stripe after a purchase? Currently the receipt lists the company name and order number, but a customer was recently confused because the product name was not also given. Is there a way to send a more detailed payment receipt from Stripe (even though customer is also receiving an order copy via WordPress/WooCommerce)?

    Hi @marketingatpottymd

By default, when a customer orders items from your site, WooCommerce will send them an email that includes a list of the items.

Does that not happen in your case?

I’m not entirely sure what you mean when you say the email is sent by Stripe — as far as I know, Stripe should not send an email to the customer at all but it’s possible you are using a Stripe plugin that works differently. Which plugin are you using for that exactly?
