The PayPal plugin is applying a display: none style to the stripe payment button after the visitor selects an additional product option, but not removing this style when the user switches from PayPal option to the stripe payment option. When the user selects stripe the button is not visible.

Scenario 1: When we select the Stripe payment option and add the order bump, the Stripe payment button is showing on the page.

Scenario 2: When we select the PayPal payment option and add the order bump, then select the Stripe payment option the Stripe payment button does not show on the page.

What needs to happen: When the user selects a payment option other than PayPal, all applied styles need to be removed so that other payment option are visible to the user.

  • Hi there,

Thanks for contacting the WooCommerce Support Team.

I have checked your site, and I couldn’t replicate the scenario you recorded in the video. The checkout option for that one-time offer is not there anymore.

Since the behavior you are describing only seems to happen when the Cartflows plugin functionality is involved, I would recommend you reach out to them since I see in their support documentation that they provide custom integration for the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway extension.

Please let us know if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help.

    Best regards,
    Vlad
