    I’m using the stripe payment plugin, however when using the Multibanco payment option, after the order is done there no information on the email sent to the client or online in his account of the Multibanco details.

    After selecting Multibanco payment and press the order button, it opens a new website with details for the Multibanco payment. However the order info sent to the client doesn’t include that information neither is available online in his account or order details.

    That means if the client doesn’t write the details of the payment he cannot consult them anymore and anywhere in his account.

    At least the email that the client receives should include the details for the payment. Is there a way to implement this?

    What details are you referring to that you think should be included in the email or shown on the order received page? Please provide examples.

    Well, when using the Multibanco payment option, the client should receive the:
    -Entity and reference to pay in an ATM

    As it is now, when clicking the order button, the client is directed to a MULTIBANCO page with that information (so far so good) and after clicking the return to the merchant button, there is no way to see again those details.
    Not even in the email with his order or online in his account/order.

    Clients trust that they will receive that same info, that they can visualize it in the order.

    Please send me your account ID via the plugin’s Help button so I can see an example of a Multibanco payment and what information Stripe makes available in their API.

    You can find your account ID on the API Settings page.
