Stripe and Multibanco payment

    I’m using the stripe payment plugin, however when using the Multibanco payment option, after the order is done there no information on the email sent to the client or online in his account of the Multibanco details.

    After selecting Multibanco payment and press the order button, it opens a new website with details for the Multibanco payment. However the order info sent to the client doesn’t include that information neither is available online in his account or order details.

    That means if the client doesn’t write the details of the payment he cannot consult them anymore and anywhere in his account.

    At least the email that the client receives should include the details for the payment.

    As it seems that the issue is the missing Multibanco details in the emails, have you checked with the plugin authors whether this info is supposed to be sent? The plugin authors of that payment gateway would be best placed to check on this so I would recommend getting in touch with them.

    Yes, that’s the issue with the Multibanco payment option.
    According to Stripe’s support, the Multibanco plugin was developed by Woocommerce.
    That’s why I’m getting in touch here.

    Not sure if there is a sub-forum section for this type of things.

    Lets put this on hold, I guess I’m not using the stripe plugin developed by woocommerce but instead the one by payment plugins
