Stripe-add on not working

  • Hi,

    I have an issue getting the stripe add-on working. It worked previously, but not any longer and I can’t find the cause. After pressing the book now button, the dots are appearing but no further action. What can I do to solve it?

    I also only get the credit card option, but I also like to show the other payment options like ideal on the front end.

    Correction. It did not work before. Only the paypal link which is not part of the add-on was working, but I like to offer clients more options for payment and that is why I bought this add-on.

    I would really appreciate a response!

    Hi Miriam,

    Currently, the add-on only has the credit card implemented in it. In August we will launch an update that will enable the other payment options.
    Regarding the issue, you are having now, have you used the email in a test payment?

    Hi, can you give me please an update if the Strip add-on for other payment methods is already active? I bought this add-on specifically to offer ideal as a payment method, which has much lower transaction costs as a credit card.
