STRIPE ACCEPT PAYMENT BUT NO THANK YOU PAGE

Hi guys, since when upgrading to the latest version of WordPress my clients receive an error with no description at the top to the checkout https://italianfooddistribution.co.uk/checkout/ on the other hand the payment gets taken and then people pay multiple times… any clue of why this happens?
