Stripe 3D Secure payment methode

We integrate with Stripe’s SCA/Payment Intent and 3D Secure Authentication should be enabled if the customer’s bank requires this – you may be able to adjust the rules for the 3D secure as above.

I believe that PayPal will handle the 3D Secure Authentication, as the customer’s checkout using PayPal’s payment page.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, the second question is that will PayPal handle the recurring payments, if we add it within the Stripe module?

Because in case of the detailed PayPal summary you mentioned, that the recurring credit card payments work only with PayPal Website Pro, which is a separated option.
