Stripe 2 factor authentication

    Hi
    You might be aware Stripe is updating its system to be in conformity with European 2 factor authentication.

    I presume your stripe plug-in is already set up for this.
    Including for people using Hotel Calluna theme as i am, Hotels which received payments and are counting on you to update their paid plug-ins.

    Can you please confirm?

    Yes, I’m aware of this new requirement. The plugin is not ready yet, but an update will be released before the deadline.

    This is a quick reply, and a some very good news.
    Maybe you can keep us posted by sending an email as soon as it is ready, and i mean by us, all licence users, could be good way to maintain the best communication with all clients.
    And a good way to avoid such inquiries as this one !

    Hi Vincent, a new update is now available. Besides the PSD2 requirement, this new version includes also the possibility to pre-authorize a payment and capture it later (max 7 days). And several improvements in the booking form (now the Stripe form is inline, no popups).

    The ability to save the customer ID and charge the remaining deposit is not available anymore. Unfortunately, this is not compatible with the new regulations. But again, you can pre-authorize the whole price of the room and then capture it later (partial captures are allowed).

    This new version requires WP Hotelier 2.0.0. So the update is mandatory.

    That’s all.

    I have checked paypal as payment gateway. But when i am clicking on book now it is not displaying me the payment gateway it is displaying Thank you. Your reservation has been received! Please, check your email for the reservation information.
