strip_tags() error in PHP snippets

    When saving PHP snippets in Pro version, we get the following error recently:

    strip_tags(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated

    WordPress version: 6.6.2
    HFCM Pro version: 1.0.19
    PHP version: 8.3
