Strip spaces from card numbers

I’m just testing out your plugin now and loving it – it’s working great. However, it would be great if you could strip out spaces from card numbers. I personally would never enter my card number with spaces, but the EDD creditCardValidator.js script validates a card number with spaces (it adds the green tick next to the card number), which would make the user think it’s okay. But then when you actually submit the purchase, it says the card number is invalid, which might be confusing. I found this out when I used some of the Sage Pay test card numbers, which they give to you with spaces in.

I did a simple str_replace around the card number to remove spaces which solved that issue for me, but it would be nice to see it added directly into the plugin. ??
