Strip HTML with kses.php

  • I read online and in the Codex that WordPress is supposed to filter out HTML in posts and comments according to the rules in /wp-includes/kses.php. I cannot get my install of WordPress (2.1-RC2 from subversion) to utilize this include. I tried disabling Markdown and still no result. Any ideas? Thanks!
