    Hi All

I have created a theme for a customer and they want stripe set up, i have tried a different theme or disabled plugins and still have the same issue.

The stripe payment is completely bloated and there is no input boxes showing for payment, it doesnt look how its supposed to.

I am using Elementor but have tried this on websites that have Elementor and also sites that dont and have the same issue.

    Please help me fix it.

    Thanks

    Hiya!

I took a look at your site and see that the payment icons on Stripe are very large at checkout:

Elementor shouldn’t matter here, but other plugins could be causing trouble.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks!

Try clearing elementor cache. This happens to me sometimes, if it isnt solved I just hide the card icons

    Hi @jaydjohno

The problem is definitely due to conflicting CSS or console errors.

The suggestion offered by @ivar123 (to clear the elementor cache) should help. You might want to go to your cart page and then, Right Click > Inspect Element). Then can you go to the Console tab to see if there are any errors? Can you then copy-paste error messages from the console here?

Additionally, this problem could happen if your site’s cart page is being cached. If you have caching plugins, it could help to ensure that your site’s cart page is not being cached. This could also trigger this problem.

Let us know if you need assistance from us on this.

    Hi @jaydjohno,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thank you,
