String replacement on thank you page

Hello, I was wondering if there is any possible way to have the string replacement (like in the e-mail) but for the “thank you page”, as they are both in the same settings. If it cannot be done on the settings, how can I achieve that.

for example: I have a form with a field called “nickname”, let say I write “myNick” in that field. What I want to achieve is that the form redirects to myDomain.com/myNick
