String not translating

  • There’s a button in my header that doesn’t get translated and I don’t understand why.
    I went into the translation section, the button is showing there it says “header button 1 text” and I have added it in english, french and spanish, saved but it doesn’t show in English or spanish despite me translating the strings.
    If you go to my website?https://www.planetasana.com?you will see that the button on the right stays in French (soutenez nous) even if you switch to english or spanish.
    I have translated it to support us. and to apoyanos in spanish but it stays in french…
    I am using Astra theme and wordpress.

    Now it’s even worse! I received an email and my site is down because of Polylang. What’s going on? I see an update yesterday but apart from that…

    I have deleted the plugin and reinstalled it. The issue with site down is now resolved but still have the issue with the threads not translating while I did translate them in the translation section

    Polylang please help!!
