String locator not showing under tools – solved

Thank you for this plugin – a big help.

Initially string locator wasn’t showing up for me under tools. I use a popular security plugin (All in One WP Security) that disables the ability to edit php files. When I switched that setting off (effectively enabling editing of php files), the string locator entry started showing up under tools.

It took a bit of figuring this out (the support thread here helped, because I saw someone else who had the same issue), so as a suggestion could I propose a conditional check is built into the plugin that displays a message if file-editing is not allowed?
