I couldn’t find a way of changing the height of the strike through line, but someone posted a workaround. Try this custom css:

del {
  text-decoration: none;
  position: relative;
}
del::before{
  content: '';
  width: 100%;
  position: absolute;
  right: 0;
  top: 50%;
  border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(85, 85, 85);
}

Change the 50% value to move the line up and down.

Check round your site to make sure nothing else is affected that shouldn’t be.
