    Hi there,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

I’ve checked your website, and it seems you have no 3rd party or advanced scripts enabled on your site. If you enable the 3rd party scripts tab, and add the scripts to the relevant sections, you have the option to enable the 3rd party scripts by default. In this case you can use the first option for Strictly Necessary Cookies tab [Optional (user selects their preferences)] and this will be enabled by default so the user can opt-out, but the default is enabled.
The plugin was developed to work with “3rd party” or/and “Advanced cookies”, the Strict necessary cookies are an option to store the preferences and prevent showing the cookie banner on each page if it’s enabled.

    I hope this makes sense.

    Thank you mate.

So you mean is better to change option to
” Always enabled (user cannot disable it but can see the content)”
    ..?

    Hi @lyngas,

You can go with the option “Always enabled (user cannot disable it but can see the content)” but without 3rd party or advanced scripts enabled it doesn’t makes sense. My suggestion is to enable the 3rd party tab, if you have no 3rd party scripts, you can add something like this: <script></script> to one of the fields to pass the validation, and the setup should work properly on your site.

I hope this makes sense to you.

    Hi Mate,

    I enable 3rd party scripts [ <script></script> ] and works perfect !

    Thank you !
