I’m getting it from this file instead: theme-my-login/includes/class-theme-my-login-ms-signup.php on line 288 on the registration page

It’s not an error, it’s a notice that should only display when WP_DEBUG is enabled (which it shouldn’t be on a production server). With that said, I will be addressing it soon.
