Streaming live feed to wordpress site

Hi there. I am trying to help a local windmill set up a wordpress site on which they would like to show the feed from 3 webcams. I am not technical so would appreciate good tips and tricks to get the job done. Site will have its own url.

Also site will for the time being not have a certificate. https://url.nl so need to know if this will also be a challenge.
