Stream won’t activate

  • Stream won’t activate after installing it. Tried a few times (making sure the plugin was removed between attempts) but no luck. Any suggestions?

    This is a live site, so I can’t de-activate all other plugins just to see if there’s interaction. No other plugin has had issues activating. None of the server/PHP logs shows anything untoward.
