Stream link unresponsive/lost

  • Good evening,

    I am the chief engineer at WIDB.net (a student run radio station from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale) and I am currently having trouble with one (or both at times) stream we host no longer being able to be downloaded and then, obviously, listened too. I have very little experience with the website, but I am trying to get this fixed while we are missing a web master.

    The stream that is currently unavailable is “The Remedy,” which is found here:

    Simply click the icon to download the listen.m3u file.. normally, however, the hosted listen file can’t seem to be found.

  • when i ping the address 131.230.242.36 it goes to request time out, you should contact the host company if the server is even up or is this a local server ?
    was it working before?

    It is a host company, and it had worked previously, but since the semester just started, tonight was one of our first shows being broadcast and that is when I was informed of it. Thank you, I will have to contact the host tomorrow.

    yup it looks like it is down
