    Hi friends,

I need my website for 2 issues. One contacting me by email or secondly making an appointment via Scheduler.

In both cases I have a problem.

As you described I installed Post SMTP and installed an own wordpress Email address on the strato server only for SMTP Email sending issues out of wordpress.

I configured this SPF thing as recommended.

Anyway…If I test my contact form or my scheduler by making an appointment,
the Email will be delivered directly. Postmen notification is ok.
But after a couple of seconds in my inbox the email will be detected and send into jung email folder.

I don`t know what to do anymore.

The Email adress I use was set to Whitelisting, too.

Any other idea what to do ?

    Best regards,
    JH

    Hi @jh-photo

    Hope you are doing good.

Can you share the screenshot of the junk email; also I need to see your email header.

    Also, share the Digantoic report.

    Thanks

    Hi ,

thanks for trying to help. I just fixed it by switching my email address to an GMAIL adress with API.

It was not exactly what I wanted because I want to use my own Email address which belongs to my webpage.. but anyway…by pressing REPLY button Outlook uses my original one.
So only the API related Email Adress is used internal for the transfer between WP mail and my mailbox.

    Best regards

Thanks for updating us, I also discussed it with my team they told me the junk issue is from the hosting server-side issue, we tried to reproduce this on our staging site and it’s working fine, we are receiving emails in our inbox.

    Thanks
