Strangers registration

    Hello. I’ve been using the plugin without major issues for a few months now. Thank you very much for such excellent work. One question: How can we prevent strangers from registering? Someone unknown just registered, and their username appeared in our league. I checked the WordPress settings, and I have disabled anyone from being able to register, but still, someone managed to register. Greetings and thank you!

    The Football Pool plugin uses the standard WordPress registration process, and there is no custom registration in my plugin. This means that if you disable the setting “Anyone can register” in the General Settings, that users will get an error message on the WP registration screen and they won’t be able to subscribe.

    Do you maybe have a plugin active that creates a custom registration? Or was this one stranger able to register when the setting was still active?
