• Hi there !

I have just installed the plugin and getting some errors. I have installed a version 2.0 from your site . But I am getting some strange issues

A message at the top of dashboard settings page :

    1)

    Store Locator Plus needs attention:

You have not provided a valid license key for this plugin. Until you do so, it will only display content for Admin users. (Details)

    2)

Error : SLPLUS: The PHP JavaScript connector did not load.

I am getting the ‘error 2’ while loading the webpage

Could you please help me to solve it?

Update : Just found another plugin in repository . Just Looks like similar

    Thank you !

  • Odd — you should not see any license messages with the LE version.

The JavaScript error can happen if you are not running PHP5 or have the server configured to prevent PHP applets from running as javascript includes.

Can you help me to solve it

BTW, is your plugin related to Store-locator in any way?

    Thank you!

We are forked from Store Locator, but they are a good bit different now.

We do not offer support for the free plugins. You can try other users @ the forums on our site at https://www.cybersprocket.com.

    I’m getting a Fatal error: Call to a member function check_license_key() on a non-object in /var/www/html/wp/wp-content/plugins/store-locator-le/core/functions.sl.php on line 326

Yes we can, but that won’t change a thing, will it?
Here’s a person who has purchased a PRO version of the plugin and he’s still not getting a straight answer:

Can anyone elaborate on this please?

asshu, I have solved the SLPLUS problem, without any help from the author, I should note ??

The issue, unless caused by your server settings, is something to do with another plugin that is preventing the Store Locator to function correctly.

Unfortunately, I cannot post the solution publicly because it can compromise safety. I’d be happy to share the solution with you but I guess we’re more or less anonymous here.

As for the author, he gets 5 stars for the plugin (it’s such an amazing plugin!! super!!) but 0 for support. If you want to earn money from plugins, you gotta provide support, or choose a different business if you hate people pestering you with questions.
