    Hi
Woocommerce worsk excellent for us on Desktop and laptop views.
But we are experiencing a strange issue on Woocommerce in mobile view.
The shop can be found at the bottom of the hamburger menu of our huge website. Everything works fine until the moment when you are trying to start the payment through Ideal, a Dutch bank system.
Then suddenly the hamburger menu opens and covers everything. It is not possible to return to your order page. So you have to start the process all over again and ending with the same issue. The unasked opening of the whole hamburger menu.
    How can I prevent this?
    Thnx in advance
    Frank

    Hi @kinsella55,

The hamburger menu you reference is part of your site’s theme and not the free WooCommerce plugin and it seems like possibly your theme is conflicting with your payment gateway of vice versa.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:
    ?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
