Strange website URL

In a search engine result, one of the top links was to a url that I am not sure how it was generated, but I would like to hide if possible. I was wondering what it was and how it was generated. This is the URL:
It shows all the most recent posts in full post form, under each other like in a basic blog format. The rest of the site is not set up that way, and I don’t wish it to be seen that way.
Any thoughts?
